Borough
New York comfort food in a hip and cozy setting, with cuisine by Chef Cuit Kaufman. It originally launched at The Podium in Ortigas. Current branch is at Bonifacio High in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
Bank Bar
Upscale speakeasy bar which masterfully combines old world grandeur with contemporary cool.
The Bowery
Fine New York comfort food by Chef Cuit Kaufman, serving upscale all-day brunch, handcrafted cocktails and late night dining at Forbestown Heights in BGC.
Nolita
The famous New York 20-inch Pizza by the Slice by Chef Cuit Kaufman at Bonifacio High Street BGC.
LES Bagels
Cafe and bakery at McKinley Hill serving freshly made New York style bagels, a gourmet selection of cream cheese spreads, and a spectacular array of cookies, donuts, muffins and other baked goods.
Fiamma
Fiamma Ristorante Enoteca restaurant and bar, a popular nightspot on Jupiter Street in Bel Air, Makati
Il Ponticello
Il Ponticello or “Ponti” by Chef Romeo Garchitorena served quality Italian food and creative cocktails in Salcedo Village to a loyal following. It ran for 15 years and was repeatedly awarded one of the Philippines’ Best Restaurants by Philippine Tatler.

Camsur Watersports Complex and Resort
CamSur Watersports Complex (CWC) main dining venue, The Clubhouse Restaurant and Bar is a favorite of families, weekend guests and tourists in this popular recreation destination. We also worked with Governor’s Mansion, which offers comfortable accommodations and facilities including lobby restaurant, guest lounges, A/C, cable TV and hot/cold showers.
